JUST IN: Jaden Philogene’s goal puts the Tigers in the postseason

In the fifth minute, the winger scored, giving the Tigers their second straight victory.

Hull, who gave Ryan Giles and Anass Zaroury their first starts in January, climbed up to sixth place, one point ahead of Coventry, with the win.
It didn’t take Philogene long to start seeing results after his injuries.

Former Aston Villa player Zaroury struck the crossbar with a strong effort before the Burnley loanee turned in the rebound.

After that, Hull had complete control of the game as Regan Slater scored a goal and Fabio Carvalho had a shot saved.

After the break, Millwall looked much more formidable, and Murray Wallace’s attempt was stopped.

After spying Ryan Allsop off his line, Zian Flemming made an outrageous attempt to bring Millwall back level, but his shot struck the roof of the net.

Hull hung on as Tom Bradshaw missed the mark and Allsop made a great stop to deny him.
