Leeds United defender who is ‘wanted’ by three European teams might only fetch £3 million.

The young player who graduated from the academy has experienced inconsistent involvement in the Leeds United squad, a situation familiar to Daniel Farke. Charlie Cresswell, a defender, might depart from Leeds United this summer, as reports indicate that three European clubs are interested in acquiring him.

Cresswell has spent another season on the periphery of first-team action at Leeds, starting only one of his five Championship appearances. The 21-year-old has played a mere seven minutes of senior football since the beginning of the year and has found himself competing with Joe Rodon, who has been a regular presence.

Although Rodon has returned to Tottenham Hotspur, Cresswell’s chances of reclaiming a prominent role in the team seem slim. Journalist Alan Nixon suggests that a departure during the summer transfer window is likely. French club Toulouse is reportedly considering a move for him, along with German second division sides Hertha Berlin and Hannover 96.
